A non-refundable upfront deposit is required to secure all press-on nail orders. This deposit covers preparation time, materials, and sanitation processes, and will be applied toward the total cost of your set.

Due to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, all sales are final. Deposits and payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Please note that fully customized nail sets require at least a MAXIMUM 4 weeks for completion. This timeframe allows for sourcing specialty materials, design preparation, and ensuring the highest quality final product.
