Boujetta Beauty Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement

Welcome to Boujetta Beauty. By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement. Please read carefully.

1. General Agreement
By scheduling and receiving services from Boujetta Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies, procedures, and terms outlined herein.

2. Licensed Professional
All services are performed by LaVaughan Thomas, a licensed cosmetologist and licensed cosmetology instructor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, ensuring professional and knowledgeable care.

3. Appointments & Eligibility
• Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book an appointment.
• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through approved booking methods.
• Service times are estimates and may vary based on individual needs and service complexity.

4. Consultation Requirement
A consultation and scalp analysis are required prior to all services. This ensures proper assessment of hair condition, history, and suitability for the requested service.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information regarding hair history and prior treatments
• Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions
• Follow all pre-service and post-service care instructions
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

Failure to provide accurate information may impact results and releases Boujetta Beauty from related liability.

6. Payments & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows
• A minimum of 24–48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or require a new deposit for future bookings.

8. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their service shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of Boujetta Beauty. Full service fees may still apply.

9. Results & Satisfaction
While every effort is made to achieve desired results, outcomes may vary based on hair type, condition, and maintenance. No guarantees are made regarding specific results.

10. Aftercare & Maintenance
Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining results. Boujetta Beauty is not responsible for issues arising from improper maintenance, neglect, or failure to follow provided care instructions after services are completed.

11. Assumption of Risk
Clients understand that beauty services, including chemical and styling treatments, carry inherent risks such as allergic reactions, irritation, or hair damage. By proceeding, clients voluntarily assume these risks.

12. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boujetta Beauty and LaVaughan Thomas shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or adverse reactions resulting from services provided, including those arising after the appointment.

13. Refund Policy
All services are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment for review and possible resolution.

14. Right to Refuse Service
Boujetta Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or contraindications identified during consultation.

15. Website Use
All content on the Boujetta Beauty website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Boujetta Beauty and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

16. Modifications to Terms
Boujetta Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
